Austria Tour - Summer 1999

The Philharmonic Youth Orchestra , under the Direction of Olivia W. Gutoff, participated in the American Celebration of Music. The festival celebrates the centennial of Johann Strauss, the most famous of the "Strauss dynasty." The orchestra completed a performance and sight-seeing tour through Vienna, Graz, Salzburg, and Innsbruck.
